Coach & Trainer

Beyond her work as a moderator, Merle is a sought-after coach, training individuals and teams to communicate with clarity, lead meaningful conversations, and design collaborative solutions. Her entrepreneurial drive is evident in her founding of two NGOs dedicated to tackling pressing social and environmental challenges—because for her, dialogue is just the first step; action must follow.

On a mission

Based in Brussels and working internationally in German, English, and French, Merle moves seamlessly across cultures and disciplines. No matter where she is, her mission remains the same: to harness the power of conversation, technology, and sustainability to create lasting change.
